After extensive consultation we implemented the Unison Online Training system. The system was setup for a number of company procedures which was customised around the role that that employee had in the organisation.

The course or procedure content was managed by ERTECH and using the Unison Online Training tool was able to configure the Employees, Roles, Courses / Procedure and Exams within the system.

The Online training now allows Ertech group of companies to deliver training to Ertech, Formaction and Duratec within the same engine. With user customisable courses, procedures and exams it allows total control for the tuition needs of the organisation.

Ertech has been able to streamline it's training requirements online.
